Meet Josh Harrill, the CEO and lead carpenter of Above Board Designs! Josh has been in the industry of carpentry since he was 19 years old. After a couple years of a break from carpentry and working in a different industry, he decided he wanted to go back to his passion of carpentry.  Going back to carpentry he made one of his most special decisions in his life, opening Above Board Designs.

Roger Harrill is the father of our CEO, Josh Harrill. Roger is also part of the amazing  grandfather duo of all three of Josh's beautiful children. Roger has an extensive and knowledgeable background in the carpentry industry. You can expect to see Roger during the installation of your custom dream furniture!

Bill Pickens is Josh's father-in-law and 1 of the 2 amazing grandfathers of Josh's three children, Genesis, Campbell, and Caison. Bill has always had a love for building and is a retired North Carolina forester. He is such an amazing help during installations and Above Board Designs is incredibly grateful to have him as a helping hand!

Ever since a young age, Campbell, has had an eagerness to learn more about carpentry. Campbell loves helping his father, Josh, out in his Dad's work shop. Campbell and Josh have formed a mentor-mentee relationship that has helped Campbell learn more about his passion. Sometimes you can see Campbell in action assisting the team during installations!
